Who manages the list?

Benum Labs AS, Norway (organisation number 837 864 992), manages the Etched Court alpha list. Contact contact@benumlabs.com with privacy questions or to leave the list.

What we collect and why

The form collects your email address, preferred platform, signup time, and the version of the consent text you accepted. We use these to organise alpha testing and send invitations and testing updates. Joining does not create a game account or guarantee access.

Your choice

Signing up is optional. By checking the consent box, you ask Benum Labs to email you about the alpha. You can withdraw that consent by emailing us at any time. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing. You can also ask to access, correct, or delete your signup information.

Storage and service providers

Signup information is stored using Cloudflare’s database service. Cloudflare also handles website delivery and basic abuse protection, which may process request information such as an IP address. We do not store IP addresses in the alpha signup table. Service processing may take place outside your country; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.

Retention and other uses

The list is used for the closed alpha, not unrelated marketing. We remove signup records when you request deletion or when the alpha list is no longer needed. If we want to contact you about something beyond alpha testing, we will ask separately.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you have concerns about how your information is handled, contact us. You may also contact your local data protection authority; in Norway this is Datatilsynet.
